A hearty breakfast is delivered to your room daily between
8:30 and 9:30 am. This is a full breakfast, featuring fresh
fruit, juices, breads, a variety of egg and meat dishes and
your favorite hot beverage. We will be happy to try to accommodate
those with specific dietary needs or restrictions.

Each
of our cottages at the Griffin House is individually and uniquely
decorated and furnished to provide a romantic, cozy, comfortable
place for you to stay. All have private baths and 7 of our
8 cottages have wood-burning stoves*, some overlook the ocean
and Greenwood Cove, and the rest are tucked in among informal
gardens replete with beautiful native plants.
*Matson Cottage has gas-flame stove
Cottage Rates:
Prices subject to change without notice.
The rates that appear here are quoted for two people, and include the full breakfast each morning.
An additional 11% county occupancy tax will be added to
your bill.
If applicable, a charge of $25.00 will be added to the
room rate for each extra person, per night.
The Griffin House is a non-smoking inn, although smoking
is permitted in some outside areas and on the cottage decks
and porches.

$25 Cancellation fee for all cancellations
For refunds, Cancellations require 14 days prior notice from date
reservation is made, less cancellation fee.
Pre-approved pets are permitted in Matson, Gunderson, and Smith
Cottages with a non-refundable $25 per pet fee and a signed pet
waiver.
